If you’re reading this, my hair is pink no longer.
Pink, you were good to me.
If I were good to you, you would’ve lasted way longer but my poor management led you to expiring too soon, but I think it was for the best.
I think I’ll go with black next because I need to take a new headshot on linkdln—and my mom doesn’t support me getting creative colors on her dime.
I welcome black, or whatever color my heart desires when it’s time to do my hair.
Follow you heart’s desire; following mine led me to pink <33
Ice Spice’s hair in this video inspired my choice. I like Ice Spice’s music. Suee meee.
I’m still a Pinkette as I write this and to be honest, I can remain one for awhile, like, until well into March but I can’t help to look to the other possibilities.
I don’t want to abandon this shade though, as it’s SO fab. I look in the mirror and sing, “I’m coming back for you baby. I’m coming back for youu.”
It’s SO cute. And what makes it better is that I haven’t really seen a girlie with my shade of pink, especially not one with my hair texture.
To be sure, there are some girls who come close, and I make sure to compliment my bubblegum brethren when I can, but I LOVE being unique. “How can I be different from everyone else?”
Black girl’s at UH aren’t as adventurous I think. ‘Cause at the Valentine’s day auction event, I saw Black girl’s with my shade of pink but they were wearing wigs.
The girls were from other schools in Texas (most likely). Lots of pinkettes.
